This is all you need in order to have a destination hair service. Here are a few guidelines to follow, so you can get the most out of your visit & your stylist has a safe & well-focused area to work with you!!!! Prepare to: Have alone time. This is a relaxing service experience. Please be sure to create a space for the entirety of your appointment that is: visitor-free, kid-free(because you deserve it & NEED it!), pets must be out of the working area, & trip/hazard-free. Your stylist will be using fragile, sharp tools, hot tools, &/or chemicals. Giving the two of you a safe & relaxing working area will ensure you can rest & your stylist can give you their undivided attention. Allow space for washing your hair, there is a director’s chair, a comfortable, portable shampoo bowl with a couple sprayer attachment options for the nearest faucet available. If needed, we can also use a shower head or kitchen sink to wash hair. To give you an idea, the shampoo bowl can fit into pretty tight spaces but there needs to be enough room to allow the stylist to stand behind or beside the bowl, client to sit in a chair. The bowl has a hose that will drain the used water into a tub or the bucket brought along with. An area that can be well lit. Think windows & lighting. Outside in nice weather is a great option as well! Please wear your mask no matter the vaccination status. This is just one more way to ensure a safe appointment for both you, your stylist, & loved ones. In the event that you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you have to cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the service scheduled will be charged. Respectfully, please notify your stylist as soon as possible to cancel your reservation. This way your designated appointment can be offered to another awaiting guest. But, LIFE & emergencies happen. I am 100% understanding of this. Whether it is an emergency, you are unwell, you have been in contact with someone feeling unwell, or have been exposed to COVID, our health & safety is most important! Please reach out & I will be sure to work something out with you. Please be ready for your appointment at the destination requested at least 15 minutes prior to your stylist’s arrival time. This will help to ensure you are ready for your stylist to set up & in the case there are any questions or concerns from your stylist, they know that you will be ready & available to answer a phone call. With guidance on booking, haircare, what to expect, estimate, liability waiver, & of course a plan based on your desires for your hair & professional recommendations based on the current state of the hair. All color services include your first bowl of color & initial product for your customized inclusions. After that, there will be additional application fees that will be estimated at the consultation. You will never be promised an outcome but you can feel at ease knowing that your stylist will never try to achieve something that they are not skilled at. A color consultation is important for this reason. Sometimes hair can be unpredictable due to changes in the body for a multitude of reasons or there is technical mistake. In the rare case this happens, you will be taken care of as soon as possible. If something can be taken care of while on site, that will absolutely happen. If it is something that needs to be rescheduled, your stylist will give options in their schedule. You deserve to have the expected value of your service. While services are non-refundable, your stylist will work with you to find a happy result. It is the responsibility of the client to reach out to the stylist via email or Contact Page, within 5 days of their last appointment, to share any concerns with results of their service.
